Outreach Counselors Overview
TigerWell Outreach Counselors Mike Gross, Psy.D., Sue Kim, LCSW, Olivia McDonald-James, MSW, LSW, Steph Vituccio, MSS, LSW, and Kathryn Rowe, M.Ed, LPC, CMPC are counselors affiliated with Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS) who work from satellite offices where students live, work and socialize. They provide individual "drop-in" and scheduled counseling appointments, support groups, referrals, and skills-building workshops and trainings.

Sport Psychology Program
Mike Gross is the Sport Psychology Program Manager. He oversees and provides strategic direction for Princeton’s comprehensive sport psychology program. Learn more.

Through various collaborative projects and programs, the Outreach Counselors also aim to provide undergraduate and graduate students with opportunities to increase their: social connectedness and sense of belonging; communication and understanding across difference; engagement, meaning, and purpose here at Princeton and beyond; & individual skills for contextualized self-care.
Group Connection, Counseling, & Support
In collaboration with the entire CPS team, the TigerWell Outreach Counselors facilitate support & counseling groups and other community spaces, tailored to the needs of undergraduate and graduate students holding various identities.
